The XVIII work of the series LICHTGESTALT shows the asana Virabhadrasana, also known as the peaceful warrior.

The peaceful warrior yoga asana, Virabhadrasana, has a number of mental effects. This asana is named after the warrior Virabhadra, a mythological figure from Hinduism. In this pose one embodies the strength and calmness of a warrior.

Performing Virabhadrasana requires concentration, balance and endurance. While in the pose, focus your attention on your body, your breathing, and your alignment. This helps quiet the mind and bring awareness to the present moment.

Overall, the peaceful warrior yoga asana, Virabhadrasana, can help achieve a state of inner calm, strength, and serenity. It can help center the mind, boost self-confidence, and promote a positive mental attitude.
