Now it's time to capture the last rays of sunshine and carry the feeling of warmth on your skin and sun in your heart well into autumn and winter.

I confess, I am an absolute summer child. Maybe it's because I was born in July under the zodiac sign of Leo. I love the summer. And my current feeling is always reflected in my art. This is how the artwork DEAR SUMMER, IT WAS A BLAST was created! at the peak of summer 2023 in the last hot days in summer high spirits.

The painting captures the joy, the colors and the lightness of summer while it is still tangible and noticeable, but is already moving towards autumn.

The painting DEAR SUMMER, IT WAS A BLAST! is painted with the HUMAN STRIPES® technique by the artist Karin Döring, which is protected by the German trademark and patent office.

Gerhard H. Germany

I purchased one of Karin's first paintings a few years ago. It was a portrait that immediately spoke to me and captivated me. Since then, more of Karin's works have found a place in our home. I think it's great that she experiments, evolves her art, and thus stands out from other artists. With her special works from the HUMAN STRIPES series, she has definitely hit the mark. Keep it up and good luck 👍🍀
